Rumor has it there was a crazy elderly man, known as Old Man Murphy who used to live here. It's said that he killed his wife one night and but her body was never found. Since her body was never found, Old Man Murphy continued to live free in this house until the day he died. During renovations of the house a few decades later, a cache of bones were found, underneath the floorboards finally putting an end to the mystery of Crazy Cat Lady Murphy.
By now, I sincerely hope you realize the above story is bullshit. This house was found by a buddy of mine, Murphy, so I decided to name it after him. The dug up floorboards and piles of bones, I can't explain.
