Found this place with Turrel by accident when we stopped to take a few photos of some graffiti I'd seen down by an abandoned section of waterfront. There was a slab of concrete in the ground, obviously the basement of some building that had been previously torn down. Nothing too interesting, but I shot it anyhow.
